David Shanlian

David Shanlian is the Division President of PRMI- Great Lakes Division. David started in the mortgage industry in 1999 and after almost 20 years in financial services he set out to build a company that worked seamlessly with the financial services world. David created, owned, and operated ClearCreek Mortgage Company for 9 years before joining forces with a larger mortgage operation that could help navigate the multiple state licensing needs of his branch. David is a nationally known speaker on mortgage products and specializes in HECM product presentations for the senior market. David has been married to his wife Cathy since 1980 and they share 2 grown children, Matthew and Leah.
